Built in a weekend
Works in the demo
- Anyone with the link can see customer data
- Passwords sit in the code
- No tests, so every change is a gamble
- Nobody to call when it breaks
AI made building fast, so everyone ships something now. The hard part is software that is secure, maintained and still works next year. That is what we build, as a team in Riga, with a presence in London and on the US East Coast.

AI writes code in minutes, so new apps, tools and automations appear every week. Many of them leak data, break on the first update or have nobody to fix them. We use AI to build fast, and we spend the time it saves on what keeps software alive: security, tests and a team that answers when something breaks.
Built in a weekend
Built with Codnity
Our founders started Codnity in 2020 after seeing too many projects fail for the same reasons. Not the code, but the setup, the communication and the risks nobody named. These four rules came out of it.
Goals, scope and a plan agreed before the first sprint. Our project managers drive the work, they don’t just track it.
You always know what is done, what is next and what is in the way. We turn what you need into what developers build.
We list what could go wrong at the start and plan around it, so the timeline and the budget hold.
We don’t hand over and leave. The team that builds it keeps it secure, updated and working.

Cybersecurity & IT
“Find the gaps before someone else does, then close them and check again.”

Data Intelligence
“Numbers the management team trusts enough to decide on, defined once so every report agrees.”

AI & Automation
“Work handed to a machine and running in production, not a pilot that shipped nothing.”
Digital Commerce
“A store that sells, and every campaign traced to orders, not clicks.”
Summer days, Jenga that goes on too long and volleyball nobody admits losing. The same people build your project.

Five rules we hire for and work by. They decide what we say yes to, and what we say no to.
We don’t ship work we wouldn’t put our name on. Every system, report and campaign meets engineering standards.
We put ourselves in the client’s position. Understanding the problem comes before proposing the solution.
We question assumptions, challenge the status quo and give honest assessments, even when the answer is no.
A sustainable pace, not burnout. The best work comes from teams that keep their energy and clarity.
No heroes, no silos. Shared context and working across units beat individual brilliance.
Three companies, one group. Codnity Dev and Codnity Data run the projects, and Talzy places engineers in your own team.

Short answers about who we are, where we work and how we work with clients.
Codnity is a team in Riga, with a presence in London and on the US East Coast. We work in four units: AI & Automation, Data Intelligence, Cybersecurity & IT and Digital Commerce. We build fast with AI, and we build software that stays secure and keeps working.
Codnity was founded in 2020. Since then we have completed 93 projects for 38+ clients, from a ticket scanning app to Power BI models and online stores.
Our team is in Riga, Latvia, at Dzirnavu st. 21. We also have a presence in London, at 86-90 Paul Street, and on the US East Coast, and we work with clients across Europe, the UK and North America.
Between 10 and 50 people across engineering, data, security, design and growth. Each unit has its own team, and all of them share the same way of running projects.
Yes. Most clients start with one unit, for example AI automation or Power BI, and add another when their systems, data or store need to work together. We bring in another unit only when it helps the result.
Because building fast is no longer rare. AI lets anyone ship an app in days, and many of those apps leak data or break on the first update. We use AI to build fast, and we spend the time it saves on security, tests and keeping the software running.
Company, work email and a phone number is enough. The person who would build it replies within one working day.
